This volume doesn't purport to be a treatise. It does not even claim to be comprehensive. The Author simply writes down the facts that he has been able to detect correctly within the framework of an immensely vast discipline. Nonetheless, this volume contains some theoretical-philosophical sections, such as the preface, containing interesting disquisitions towards epistemology, and the analysis of the 'incredible' paradox of the bumblebee - it should not be able to fly, but since it doesn't know that it couldn't, it does fly. This volume also contains short sections on neurosis and mental disorders. Other sections explain how anybody can make good use of Active Astrology (and particularly, of the so called 'aimed birthdays') together with the medical therapies suggested by the specialists in order to improve their own state of wellness.

About the Author
Ciro Discepolo was born in Naples in 1948, where he works as a journalist and writer. He worked for twenty years with the most popular daily of his town, Il Mattino. He worked for five years at the CNR (National Research Council). He has been dealing with astrology since 1970. He has published about sixty-five books, most of them best-sellers in Italy as well as abroad. In 1990 he founded the quarterly Ricerca '90, which he's been publishing since then. He has been doing statistical researches from the very beginning of his interest in astrology. At the beginning of the '90s, he obtained very brilliant results with researches on astral heredity on a sample of over 75,000 subjects. He has held seminars, courses and lectures in different universities in Italy and abroad, and in several culture clubs. He is deeply interested in informatics. Astrologically speaking, he followed the school of André Barbault. He founded the school of Active Astrology.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
