There is a lot you can grow hydroponically like herbs, vegetables, varieties of flowers, and even some fruit. Since the pH levels can be controlled a lot of fruit that need various specific soil conditions, such as blueberries, do well in a hydroponic environment. Some plants like potatoes, radishes, and other big root vegetables may take a bit more practice to grow in a soilless system. But if you can get their environment right, even these plants outdo their soil planted counterparts.
